Effective October 20, 2026. Pervanzo is operated by Hangzhou Yunteng Yisheng Network Technology Co., Ltd.. These terms govern use of our store and orders, subject to rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Using the store

Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information, and use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with security, misuse another person's information or copy content without permission. You are responsible for ensuring you can enter a purchase contract under the law that applies to you.

Products and images

Read the product description and included-item information before ordering. Our catalog includes AI-generated design visualizations that illustrate appearance and styling. They are not independent verification of physical materials, dimensions, certifications or stock. Food and scene accessories are not included unless expressly listed. Screen settings and lighting may change perceived colors. If an unlisted specification is important to your decision, ask before ordering.

Prices, payment and orders

Prices are in USD. Checkout shows applicable shipping and taxes before payment. Promotions apply only on their stated terms. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request; acceptance and fulfillment remain subject to accurate information, payment authorization and availability. If we cannot supply an item or identify an error, we will contact you about correction, cancellation and any refund due. We will not silently substitute a materially different item.

Changes, delivery and returns

Email promptly to request cancellation or address changes; changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has progressed. Our Shipping Policy sets out US delivery, charges and separate handling/transit estimates. Our Return Policy explains the 30-day request period, postage, inspection and refunds. Those policies form part of these terms.

Safe use

Inspect goods and follow verified instructions supplied with them. Do not infer heat resistance, food-contact approval, insulation, leak resistance, load capacity or appliance suitability from appearance. Keep tableware and packing equipment away from open flames. Use appropriate food storage and supervise children around cutlery and hot liquids.

Intellectual property and third-party services

Store branding, original text and imagery belong to their respective rights holders. Limited access to browse and shop does not transfer ownership. Shopify, payment services and other third-party services operate under their applicable terms; links do not imply endorsement of all external content.

Privacy and responsibility

See our Privacy Policy for information handling. We are responsible for obligations imposed on us by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by misuse or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes fraud, intentional misconduct, mandatory product remedies or liability that law prohibits excluding.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and any legally required forum, disputes may be brought before a competent court in the company's location in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. Consumers retain any non-waivable protections and court rights of their place of residence.
